We will despatch your order as soon as possible after your order has been accepted. This is usually within 2 – 3 working days for items in stock. If an item is out of stock we will advise delivery date.
The goods you order will be delivered to the address you give when you place your order. Please make sure your address in PayPal is up to date. A signature may be required, depending on the delivery. If delivery cannot be made because there is no one available to receive the goods, the package will be held at a local depot and you will be informed as to how you may collect the goods.
For orders which qualify for free delivery, we reserve the right to select the delivery service. For larger orders we may choose to use a courier service at no additional cost.
We cannot be responsible for any delays in delivery caused by Royal Mail or other carrier and we will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.
UK (Standard) delivery starts at £2.95 and increases incrementally by 29p per metre or item.
Parcels are sent out by Royal Mail or other courier and will ordinarily arrive within 3-4 working days, although this is not a guaranteed service.
